Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption - Troubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems to ensure optimal operation - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections - Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times - Assist in the planning and implementation of renovation and upgrade projects - Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a maintenance engineer or technician, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs as needed - Relevant certifications or licenses in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC are preferred We foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that values innovation and professional growth.
