By joining us as an Engineer I Technical Support Administration, you will undergo an 8-week classroom training and shadowing session to be conducted by our Systems and Training team, leaders, and product specialists. The training curriculum covers Rosemount Measurement and Flow product training, including pressure, DP-Level, DP-Flow, temperature, and flow; and order entry using Oracle and CRM. After completing the program, you will join a group of hardworking, dynamic, and customer-focused digital support engineers and business administrators. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * To review the configuration datasheets and validate them against customer requirements. * To perform automated sizing for the selection of the accurate unit. * To analyze customer requirements, provide recommended product features, and build models. * To evaluate individual instrument specifications and requirements and select appropriate model codes and service offerings. * To validate the model number in the business system or tools (Toolkit), such as code requirements, special requirements, and assembly codes. * To provide product lead times based on system data. * To check and extract customer-specific information from business systems. Who You Are: You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are a proactive self-starter with a high level of commitment to exceeding expectations. You have excellent analytical skills and can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment. For This Role, You Will Need: * Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses. * At least 1.5 years of experience in quote generation work and order screening tasks. * Willingness to work on a night shift schedule. * Proficiency in English communication skills.
