Overview Under general supervision of Manager of Global Compliance, the Global Compliance Engineer II coordinates all applicable regulatory approvals on projects, provides pre-compliance and compliance testing support. maintains good relationships with third party and suppliers. Responsibilities Identifies and documents product approval requirements for projects. Plans and executive pre-compliance and compliance testing. Works with outside test laboratory for compliance testing and submits test reports for agency approvals. Assists in troubleshooting approval failures Build good relationship with 3rd test lab and agencies to get better support for business Provide service for design team for pre compliance tests including RF, ESD etc. Continuously improving internal process & procedures. Assists ISO9000 requirement and maintenance Other duties as assigned. Qualifications BS Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of related experience with regulatory agency approvals, 3+ years working on wireless product approvals. Thorough knowledge of RF communications systems, analog and digital. Specialty in Wireless Compliance is preferred Basic knowledge of compliance measuring instrumentation.
