你需要做的是： 1.负责离心压缩机产品的研究及开发技术工作，并遵照公司相关流程要求； 2.负责离心压缩机性能的分析和研究，参与新产品开发、产品拓展和产品改进活动； 3.策划离心压缩机性能测试，具有数据整理、分析和评估的能力，参与制定离心压缩机性能曲线/性能图/选型软件等； 4.跟踪相关产品市场需求和技术发展方向, 提出设想并参与技术研究； 5.负责非标订单技术评审，根据合同要求，合理安排订单设计，及时、准确提供生产所需的技术文件，保证设计的产品满足国内外标准及客户的要求； 6.负责离心压缩机产品的不断改进，负责制定压缩机产品技术方案，负责性能及可靠性验证计划的制定和跟踪实施； 7.与各功能块（产品管理、工业冷冻机组产品、生产、售前及售后部门等）团队保持沟通，就产品生命周期内的设计改进、性能提升、成本优化等与各方进行沟通，不断提升产品竞争力； 8.遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求； 9.执行公司的安全环保健康管理规定；对本岗位的环境因素和危险源进行辨识及整改，熟记公司的重大风险和重要环境因素；有效实施公司的安全环保健康管理目标和管理方案。 10.完成上级临时分配的任务。我们期望的是： 1.本科及以上学历 2. 2年及以上压缩机产品开发经验，具有离心压缩机产品开发经验优先 3.流体机械、机械或相关专业背景 4.掌握流体机械、热力学等专业知识，熟悉离心压缩机基本原理及其组成，熟悉相关技术标准； 5.掌握流体机械、热力学、转子动力学分析工具/软件； 6.熟悉磁浮轴承或气浮轴承基本原理及结构设计： 7.良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力； 8.良好的组织协调能力和服务意识； 9.良好的英语听说读写能力。 Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
