About the Role Are you passionate about optimizing maintenance operations and driving operational excellence through strategic production planning? You will provide all Production Planning functions in support of Line & Light Maintenance to ensure operational and cost optimization, helping maintain a safe, compliant, sustainable, and operationally world-class airline. In this role, you will develop production schedules and work programs including allocation of facilities, manpower, parts, materials, tooling lists, third-party services, and specialized resources to ensure operational and cost optimization for best-in-class fleet performance. You will prepare work scopes including analysis of special tasks and management of project timelines, while identifying complex, safety-critical, and critical path tasks. You can expect to contribute to daily meetings with relevant stakeholders to confirm work programming and provide status updates, assist the Production Planning Manager with daily operations, and support Production operation queries. You'll maintain strong working relationships and data sharing with Maintenance Planning teams to ensure ongoing fleet maintenance and performance is optimal, while supporting appropriate team interfaces for 24/7 uninterrupted operations. This is a critical role where your planning expertise will directly enhance operational efficiency, fleet performance, and Riyadh Air's commitment to world-class maintenance standards. About You AME/A&P License holder or equivalent qualification in Aviation, Engineering, or other relevant field, you will demonstrate 5+ years of progressive experience in aviation maintenance or planning roles, with hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance Production Planning, modifications, upgrade programs, and project management. You are expected to possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with proven ability to manage complex work scopes and identify critical path tasks. You will bring exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the adaptability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Responsibilities
