OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Developer II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative solutions within the construction and engineering sectors. This position requires a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, project management, and technical design tools. The Developer II will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success from conception through execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is essential; experience with Revit and MicroStation is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles including estimating, scheduling, and inspection.
  • Familiarity with GIS tools such as ArcGIS for data analysis and mapping.
  • Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear documentation and reports.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems, geotechnical engineering practices, and water treatment processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
