We are seeking a motivated and skilled Developer II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative solutions within the construction and engineering sectors. This position requires a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, project management, and technical design tools. The Developer II will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success from conception through execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is essential; experience with Revit and MicroStation is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles including estimating, scheduling, and inspection.
• Familiarity with GIS tools such as ArcGIS for data analysis and mapping.
• Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear documentation and reports.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, geotechnical engineering practices, and water treatment processes is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Utilize software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and Civil 3D for drafting and design tasks.
• Conduct construction management activities including estimating costs, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Perform GIS analysis using ArcGIS for spatial data management and visualization.
• Engage in construction inspection to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Develop technical documentation including schematics, system designs, and reports.
• Apply knowledge of hydraulics, geotechnical engineering, water treatment, and wastewater treatment in project designs.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications using Mathcad and SWMM tools.
• Support land surveying efforts to gather essential data for project planning.
• Participate in regular project meetings to provide updates on progress and address any challenges.
