As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with software engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable and efficient AI/ML systems. Primary Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions for production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to support model development. Optimize model performance and scalability using best practices in scripting and automation. Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models in cloud or on-premises environments. Document technical designs, model architectures, and development processes. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and frameworks. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Support the enforcement of software development best practices. Requirements/Qualifications: Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of professional experience in the AI/ML industry. Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python (required), and familiarity with others like Bash, or TCL. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Familiarity or experience with FPGAs and VLSI flow. Understanding of hardware acceleration for machine learning workloads.
