Job Description Key activities: Responsible for on time delivery of manufacturing drawings / General arrangement dwg/ BOMs for filter solutions, elements, tools as well as the necessary product documentation Establish post order engineering function for Indufil products, ensure capable processes and develop the necessary engineering talent, skills, and processes to support business at GEC Pune Accountable for Engineering Solutions organization KPI ‘s and focus on OTD & Quality metrices agreed Establish standard engineering processes with clear alignment and accountability to customers’ expectation Engineering Order review and acceptance, co-ordination with CST team to drive order processing effectively Training and mentoring filtration engineering team subordinates Ensure on time delivery of manufacturing drawings / General arrangement dwg/ BOMs for filter solutions, elements, tools as well as the necessary product documentation Responsible for quality of the engineering deliverables and resolution of any quality issue raised Quality checks for engineering deliverables from junior team members Performing engineering calculation and Engineering documentation creation for customer Use of standard product sizing and selection tools, as well as follow or enhancement of standard working procedures Drive continuous improvement, standardization, VAVE, and other strategic initiatives Work closely and collaboratively with other engineering teams in Netherland, and Czech engineering teams Completes other assignments as directed Key accountabilities: 100% Compliance to processes & procedures laid down by organization e.g., iProjects, DOSE, TC, SAP, etc. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and implement important initiatives Contribute to safety measures and company policies Good communication skills Quick Learner with sound technical and analytical skills Good in understanding and reading drawing capabilities Liaise with respective Stake holder and drawing offices Support safe workplace cultures and compliance with Smiths EH&S Assure compliance with customer standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures, and standards Accountable for Engineering Solutions organization KPI ‘s and focus on OTD & Quality metrices agreed Strong leadership presence with the ability to prioritize and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization Qualifications Experience: 7-10 Years Technical Skills: Solid Edge Strong hands-on skills in Solid Edge 3D Assembly / 3D Part modelling / 2D Draft environments General arrangement and manufacturing drawings People Skills: Good Team Player Additional Information Work in First / Second / Night Shift We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish. Responsibilities

The role is responsible for the timely delivery of manufacturing drawings, general arrangement drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs) for filter solutions, and associated product documentation. This includes establishing and managing the post-order engineering function for Indufil products, ensuring process capability, and mentoring the engineering team.
