Federated Cooperatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Engineer III, Civil (CSA) on a permanent basis in our Major Projects team. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK. As a Civil Engineer within our Major Projects team, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure supporting carbon capture facilities and other Energy Roadmap initiatives. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery. What you’ll do: * Develop and review civil and structural designs for foundations, piling, concrete structures, drainage systems, access roads, grading, and stormwater management. * Provide technical support throughout project phases, from feasibility and FEED to construction. * Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulatory, and environmental requirements. * Review contractor, consultant, and architectural deliverables to ensure quality and design conformance. * Provide field engineering support during construction and resolve technical issues. * Monitor construction quality and compliance with approved designs and specifications. * Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. * Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, constructability reviews, and permitting activities. * Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE and sustainability requirements. * Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and project documentation. * Maintain accurate project records and contribute to project reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Our Refinery strives to be a recognized leader in safety, reliability and sustainability within the petroleum-refining industry.  Who you are: You are looking for a career in Engineering & Engineering Technology and: * Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. * Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility. * 5–10+ years of experience in civil engineering design and construction, preferably in large industrial or energy projects. * Experience with major capital projects such as carbon capture, oil & gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure developments is an asset. * Strong knowledge of civil and structural design and engineering standards. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. * Ability to work in both office and field environments.
