Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and development to continuously elevate our applications. Explore and adopt new tools and technologies, integrating them into our applications for improved results while adhering to coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, product managers, architects, and quality assurance, to define and implement new features. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and minimal downtime. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Experience with pharmaceutical industry standards, regulations, and compliance (e.g., GxP, FDA, DSCSA) is a plus. Familiarity with related technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, JSP) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD. Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization is a plus. Experience leading and mentoring others is a plus. . Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a UI or full-stack web application developer, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-quality user interfaces. Proficiency in React.js and similar JavaScript UI frameworks, alongside hands-on experience with front-end development tools such as NPM, Webpack, and Babel for efficient project management and code optimization. Proficiency with key web technologies including HTML, CSS, Typescript/Javascript, and related tools. Familiarity with integrating with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with team members. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus, enabling collaboration with designers and enhancing the overall design process. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UI design.
