QUALIFICATIONS

  • The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • Courses in engineering/maintenance preferred
  • Must have English skills (read, write and speak)
  • Familiarity with basic tools and equipment, electrical, a/c pumps required.
  • This position requires bending, lifting and stooping. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be customer-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills

Education:

  • High school diploma preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years previous experience working in general maintenance required

The wage for this position is $37.16.
