Description

Design and implement backend services using Python 3.x. Configure and manage NGINX as a reverse proxy for secure communication. Implement mutual TLS (mTLS) for authentication and secure data exchange. Design and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations. Integrate LUKS encryption for secure storage and data protection. Develop and maintain custom network services tailored to healthcare imaging workflows. Ensure API security, scalability, and performance in a healthcare context. Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust solutions. Support basic QA and DevOps activities related to backend development Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field. Total of 10+ years of experience with 5-7 years of experience in backend development using Python 3.x. Experience with NGINX configuration and reverse proxy setup. Good knowledge of SQL database * Knowledge of mTLS authentication and LUKS encryption. Experience with custom networking services and secure backend architecture. Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HIPAA is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools preferred.
