Description
Responsibilities * Provide pre & post sale support to customer install based with Graphic Communications products or software solutions. * Provide DFE and workflow solution training to customer. * Integration of FUJIFILM Business Innovation solution into the customer’s production environment. * Establish color workflow processes and policies for end-customers and account associates. * Troubleshoot DFE, digital color printing, color calibration/management, and print quality problems. * Educate and train the customer on file designing, preparing and producing quality color documents. * Facilitate the introduction and implementation of new color technology, Professional Services, and applications development. * Assist Specialist or sales personnel during customer engagement or product demonstration. * Support the sales personnel on the workflow proposal. * Assist in identification of potential volume building applications and services opportunities. * Weekly / Monthly status reporting for issues, account status and response time. * Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials. * Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. Eg: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & etc. * Coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project.
Responsibilities
