JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer in Training (EIT) or experienced Civil Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in land development engineering. As an EIT, you will support various engineering projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to the successful delivery of solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam (preferred but not required).
  • 1-year minimum experience in civil engineering or related field (strongly preferred but not required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the firm.
