As part of our Residential Team in Charlotte, you’ll support project engineers, contribute to design development, solve technical challenges, and help deliver high-quality plans. This role is perfect for early-career civil engineers who are eager to learn, collaborate, and grow! Why This Role: Gain broad experience across residential land development from initial concepts to final designs and client-ready deliverables. Receive Mentorship and Guidance by working with senior engineers and project managers who are invested in your progress and committed to helping you grow. Hybrid schedule - about three days a week in the office Requirements What You’ll bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field Registration as an EIT/Professional in the appropriate field of expertise or ability to obtain registration in 6 months Experience in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office applications Team oriented mindset with the ability to work independently The ability to execute multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities Bring your professional goals to life at WithersRavenel!
