Description

Provide operational IT support and consultation for Equipment Maintenance Solutions worldwide, ensuring quality and efficiency in SAP and non-SAP systems. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Serve as an in-house consultant for the IT solutions Provide operational IT support for Equipment Maintenance Solutions including SAP and non-SAP world wide Responsible to actively support process and system consolidation activities Involve or create solution proposals and blueprints for change requests and project requests Ensure quality for system customizing and development delivered by external service providers Conduct and support in-house customer trainings Participate in projects and deliver work packages assigned Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant equivalent field Prior working experience with good IT technical knowledge is preferred Able to remain focused on solutions, open, and flexible when work under pressure Strong knowledge in database skill such as Oracle, MS SQL Server or MySQL Fluent in English with good presentation skills Ability to travel domestically and internationally Why join us?
