Description
* Assist with new product and ongoing quality conformance activities, including data collection, documentation, and testing support. * Support engineers in the development, execution, and documentation of test plans under supervision. * Help review and maintain quality records, procedures, and inspection documentation. * Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities, including data gathering and basic analysis. * Assist with material review activities (MRB) by documenting findings and tracking corrective actions as assigned. * Support supplier quality and vendor-related activities, including audit preparation and issue tracking, as directed. * Compile and organize data for quality performance reports and improvement initiatives. * Assist with environmental and sustainability initiatives related to product quality and manufacturing processes. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality Control, and Manufacturing to support production readiness and quality objectives. * Perform other engineering or quality-related duties as assigned to support departmental goals. * Basic understanding of engineering and quality principles, including inspection, testing, and problem-solving concepts. * Ability to analyze data, document results, and follow established procedures. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing or engineering environment. * Clear verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Willingness to learn, take direction, and apply feedback in a professional setting. * Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment as required. * May require standing, walking, or light lifting in support of engineering or quality activities.
