The purpose of the role is to leverage advanced expertise to architect, develop, and optimize robust solutions. As a Senior Engineer, the primary focus is on leading and mentoring team members, contributing to the overall technical strategy, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software. This role requires a deep understanding of frameworks, proficiency in problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining coding standards and best practices. The Senior Engineer is pivotal in driving innovation, collaborating cross-functionally, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the development domain.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & CRITERIA

• Proficiency in advanced Java development and extensive experience with the Spring framework, demonstrating the ability to architect and implement complex solutions.
• Strong understanding and application of design patterns, integration patterns and adherence to software principles such as SOLID, KISS, DRY, Fail-Fast
• Proven experience in TDD and BDD methodologies, showcasing the ability to write robust test cases and collaborate effectively with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Proficient in applying DDD principles to design and develop domain-centric solutions, fostering a shared understanding of the business domain within the team.
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in defining and managing infrastructure as a code, ensuring consistency and reproducibility in deployment processes.
• Ability to implement monitoring solutions as code, integrating monitoring tools seamlessly into the application architecture for proactive issue identification and resolution.
