What this job involves Oversee the end to end management of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc) to ensure optimal performance, safety and regulatory compliance Prepare, review and finalize tender documentation for building services projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and procurement standards Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and school stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget Conduct regular inspections and audits of building systems, addressing issues proactively to minimize disruptions Ensure adherence to local regulations （REW A / B License requirements) and sustainability best practices Interested?
