POSITION SUMMARY 【職位宗旨】負責維護建築物整體，機房及設施、設備的維護，確保符合W酒店的工程相關標準。提供專業個人知識及技能，以及支援必要的行政服務，並協同工程部門提升整體工作效率及顧客滿意度。【主要負責事項】 1. 各單位設施、設備故障報請修繕之項目維修作業。(含括酒店客房) 2.執行酒店設施、設備之維護保養作業。(含括酒店客房) 3.系統設備之啟/停操作控制，並視酒店營業狀況及需求，適時合宜的執行相關工程操作。 4.控制基本維修時之物料件消耗量。 5.協助定期執行庫存盤點工作，統計倉庫內既有物料種類與數量，並作為申請採購或進貨數量的參考。 6.遵守所有公司政策和流程。 At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
