Engineer (m/f/d) Systems Development Defense in Kiel

For our client – ​​a globally leading technology group in the defense and security industry – we are seeking an Engineer (m/f/d) for Defence Systems Development at their Kiel location. This internationally operating company develops submarine systems and maritime technologies used worldwide in security-relevant areas. Utilizing state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, the Kiel site contributes to the development and integration of complex underwater and naval technologies.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

• As part of the project team, you will actively participate in the further development of our system and incorporate it into future projects at the Kiel site.
• In customer projects, as an engineer (m/f/d) in system development for defense, you will be responsible for system integration and the integration of various technical subsystems.
• To support project work, you will create technical documentation and presentations, ensuring their quality and traceability.
• As an engineer (m/f/d) in system development for defense, you will coordinate project meetings with customer representatives and internal teams in direct communication and manage collaboration across all interfaces.
• As part of the development and qualification process, you will write technical documents such as specifications, acceptance protocols and reports for defense technology systems in Kiel.

• They bring a completed degree in engineering sciences to the Kiel location, for example in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or process engineering.
• As an engineer (m/f/d) in defense systems development, you will work confidently with technical tools such as PLM systems, SAP and the common MS Office applications.
• Your experience in dealing with global customer structures or in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams is an advantage for the Kiel location.
