As an Engineer/Maintenance at Hilton Franklin Cool Springs, you will:

• Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are fully operational for guest comfort and safety, as well as maintaining a safe work environment for fellow associates.
• Utilize your technical expertise to efficiently troubleshoot problems and make necessary repairs.
• Promptly address guest requests in a courteous manner and ensure that any issues are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction.
• Assist with grounds upkeep and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in mechanical areas.
• Keep detailed and organized records of maintenance activities.

Requirements for this position include a high school diploma with technical or vocational schooling, as well as a general knowledge of technical fields such as carpentry, painting, and electrical work. While hotel experience is preferred, it is not required. Effective communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and make independent decisions are essential. Knowledge of the Kemper Insurance Red Tag System and the ability to drive a pick-up truck may also be necessary. This role involves lifting at least 40 pounds.
