Description

Roles & Responsibilites : PLC knowledge (Understanding, programming, editing and problems resolving). Electrical C-license. Hands on Experiance of drives, encoders, linear scales and drives troubleshooting. Should come in shifts and handling. Knowledge on QMS - Maintenance systems (Breakdown maintenance, PM and spares management). Doing why, why analysis for repeated breakdowns and arriving CAPA. Knowledge on electrical safety standards. Hands on experience of CNC, Presses, special process and laser cutting machines. Experience : 7-10 Years Education : Diploma in Electrical.

Responsibilities

Responsible for PLC programming, troubleshooting electrical components, and managing maintenance systems including breakdown and preventive maintenance. Performs root cause analysis using why-why analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions.
