Key Responsibilities Monitoring and Tracking application/platforms/system for issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits Identifying system issues and troubleshooting and provide solutions to resolve system issues and cater service request Maintain and work on SMT or similar way to maintain incident/problem/CR/SR and other artifacts Perform day-today technical operational tasks as regular jobs and actions Incident and service request related customer communication Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal/external teams Maintain knowledge repositories (SOP, WI, KB Articles, whitepapers etc) and deliver knowledge share sessions Person Specifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent Experience in working on 24x7 rosters Identify and raised Risks and Dependencies Good analytical skills and decision making Excellent communication skills and team work Good client management and end-user handling experience Experience in Linux/Unix or Windows environments (OS and commands) Experience in scripting (shell scripting, PowerShell, pearl, python, etc.) Experience with Databases (MySQL, postgresql, MSSQL etc.) Experience in at least one programming language Understanding on IT network and webservices
