Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc.) to define and deliver high-quality software solutions. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams working remotely Ensure the team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work Provide technical direction and guidance in the architecture and design of software applications. Conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in coding, architecture, and design. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate modern technologies and tools into the development process. Improve engineering processes to ensure efficient workflows and a productive development environment. Encourage the adoption of Agile or other methodologies to improve team collaboration and productivity. Participate in the recruitment process, identifying top talent and ensuring a strong engineering team. Drive learning and development opportunities for team members, supporting career progression and skill enhancement. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years playing leadership roles. Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex software projects. Strong hands-on technical expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, etc). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern development practices like CI/CD, microservices, and containerization. Experience with Micro Frontends architecture using React. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and design principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
