Key Responsibilities: - Perform general building maintenance tasks across the hotel, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and pool systems. - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all facilities operate efficiently and safely. - Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper stock levels. - Address guest requests promptly and effectively, providing excellent customer service. - Coordinate maintenance activities with Housekeeping and Sales Departments to facilitate smooth operations and minimize disruptions. - Maintain and monitor fire safety systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. - Support pool maintenance activities, including CPO-certified tasks, to ensure safety and cleanliness. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven hands-on experience in building maintenance, preferably in a hospitality environment. - Basic knowledge of fire systems, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and pool maintenance. - CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or take the class and become certified. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and prioritize tasks. - Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with various departments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. - Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance needs outside of regular hours.
