Co ordination with all departments to fulfill requirement. 2. Preparation of plant layout, effective utilization of space. Idea generation & implementation to improve material flow. 3. Support to remote locations for addition and upgradation of facility. 4. Preparation of CAPEX plan for new & existing programs. Effective utilization & tracking of CAPEX. 5. Providing manufacturing process inputs for design feasibility & build activities. 6. Initiate & monitor new product launch activities. Initiate launch events, run at rate, also monitor build of product. 7. Initiate improvement ideas through VSM, MODAPTS & kaizens.(Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma Projects) 8. Develop & execute CI roadmap (projects), monitoring performance & sharing best business practices with all locations. 9. IATF 16949 Awareness & execution. Initiate & maintain process documents like PFLOW, PFMEA, ODS etc. 10. Ensuring safe working environment in the plant to zero accidents. 11. To undertake corrective actions whenever quality put up a notice. 12.
