Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Good discipline and behavior, willing to learn and grow. Responsible for Equipment Engineering KPI which is MTBA, OEE, machine downtime, Quality and Preventive maintenance. Ability to support on hardown machines and assist technician to troubleshoot the machine. Ability to support on machines improvement in term of productivity and quality. "This role requires reliable presence to support operational and team objectives. Employees are expected to maintain regular attendance aligned with the company’s work schedule." Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor / master in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical or equivalent field Good communication skill Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia PREFERRED: Familiarity in computer system & computer network Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook Able to work independently Have a good interpersonal skill Multitasking Die attach basic knowledge SKILLS: advance in microsoft Excell and Powerpoint Troubleshooting skills on K&S wirebond machine expert in why-why analysis Advance in 8D methodology Additional Information Sandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
