* End-to-End Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain optimized schedules across multiple production lines by balancing order priorities, equipment constraints, and complex color-change sequences to minimize downtime and maximize OEE. * Process Engineering Support: Leverage engineering expertise to troubleshoot production bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) on the shop floor. * Digitalization & Automation: Actively participate in the development and maintenance of cloud-based manufacturing systems (e.g., Scheduling, Warehouse, Quality, and Safety modules) to drive the Smart Factory roadmap. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between Sales, CS, Procurement, and Operations. Lead order review meetings and manage delivery commitments to ensure customer satisfaction. * Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Schedule Adherence, On-Time Delivery, and Utilization. Utilize data analytics to identify trends and implement workflow improvements.
