Job Overview 综述 The Project & Maintenance Mechanical Engineer is responsible for leading and executing capital projects, process reliability improvements, maintenance optimization initiatives, and equipment performance enhancement programs. The role ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant assets through project management, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance development, and continuous improvement activities. Responsibilities 职责 Manage site capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects from concept to commissioning.Identify and develop project opportunities based on business needs, reliability improvements, safety requirements, and productivity enhancement.Prepare technical scope of work, engineering specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.Coordinate procurement activities including PR, PO, vendor selection, and contractor management.Monitor project execution, quality, cost, and timelines.Lead commissioning, startup, and project handover activities.Maintain complete project documentation and lessons learned records. Equipment & Process Reliability Improvement1.Downtime analysis (Major and Chronic issues)2.Develop solutions, consult with CE regional/global resources, work with 3rd party vendors, etc.3.Implement solutions.4.Develop sustainability plan (PPM etc.) and hand it over to respective functions.Mechanical Equipment ManagementProvide technical expertise for:Gearboxes, Pumps, Air Compressors, Twin-Screw Extruders, Chillers,Cooling Towers,Fire Water Systems,Diesel Generators (DG),Utility Equipment-HVAC Systems,Piping Systems,Rotating Equipment Qualifications 要求 Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering,Project Management Certificate (will add value)

Responsibilities

Lead and execute capital expenditure projects and process reliability improvements to ensure cost-effective plant operations. Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to commissioning while optimizing maintenance for mechanical equipment.
