We are currently recruiting for an Engineer Medium Term Planningwho will report directly into the Supervisor Medium Term Planning Engineering. As an Engineer – Medium Term Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the first three years of mine development through detailed planning and analysis. Drawing on your engineering expertise, you’ll lead the evaluation of strategic options across mine design, dumps, stockpiles, and infrastructure—contributing to efficient, safe, and sustainable operations. This role focuses on bench-scale scheduling, block model maintenance, and the upkeep of core planning systems and processes, in line with Newmont’s global standards. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that all medium-term planning activities align with broader operational goals.
This role is being offered on a 5:2:4:3 roster.
