Description
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Collaborate closely with design and verification team members spread across the globe, many of whom have decades of experience in memory design. Work on cross functional tasks that can widen your skill set. Guide and set the direction for the verification effort within your areas of expertise in any project that the team undertakes. Provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing and debugging pre-silicon full chip designs. Develop Test cases/Stimulus to increase the functional coverage for all DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features. Participate in developing verification methodology and verification environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products. Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and run regressions for coverage analysis and improvements. Bachelor's degree, master or PHD in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, Nanotechnology or similar. Graduated within the last 2 years from a Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD program. Strong knowledge of electronics circuit concepts. Effective interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. English language communication skills (conversational level is a must). Participated internships or school projects related to electronics and using programming language such as Phyton/ C++/ C, and hardware description languages such as verilog. A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working with others Passionate about Technology, willing to learn and develop into the semiconductor field. Knowledge of Pre-silicon areas such as RTL design, verification, analog circuit and physical design knowledge of analog/custom layout design in CMOS process, in various technology nodes (Planar, FinFET ) Understanding Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre DRC/LVS Familiarity layout effects on the circuit such as speed, capacitance, power and area Attitude for attaining problem-solving skills in physical verification of custom layout.
