EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 4- 6 years’ experience in OS engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in related area or combination of managerial experience and related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical and non-technical teams.
• 5+ years of managing large budgeted programs and integrated projects.
• Experience with supporting the Project Management Office for large organizations.
• Advance computer skills and proficiency in MS Project. Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Production Applications Engineer will be a primary point of contact to the development and delivery of concurrent Solutions Delivery requests or projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the delivery of the Solutions Delivery process from within various phases of delivery, to include Design, Provisioning and Integration, or across the entire lifecycle of Delivery.
• Communicate effectively between Business Owners, Project Managers (PMs) and Operations Teams to support delivery, risk mitigation, change management and issue resolution.
• Identify and monitor critical success factors to support Delivery Management.
• Provide accurate status and process monitoring through the phases of the Solutions Delivery Management process.
• Manage timelines and deliverable across multi-functional teams.
• Support the management of pilot initiatives within the IT Production Operations functions.
