Description

* Hands on experience in Allen Bradley PLC Programming in Rs Logix 5000. * Trouble shooting and maintenance of Motoman Paint Robots and conveyors * Knowledge on Ovens and Burners in Paint shop * Hands on experience in maintenance of Level Sensors, Thermocouple, temperature sensors, shot blasting * Critical Spare parts Planning & inventory management. * Knowledge on MTTR, MTBF, Equipment Availability * Knowledge of ISO / QS / TS 16949 / ISO 14001 Systems * Competency in MS Office, E-plan and MS Project. Hands on experience on Electro mono rail systems(EMS).

Responsibilities

The engineer is responsible for ensuring paint shop equipment availability through daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support. They will also manage spare parts inventory, optimize energy usage, and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
