Responsibilities and Tasks: • New wet etch chemistry development based on product requirements. • Perform laboratory testing and chemical analysis. • Establish and improve process condition and technology. • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. • Establish and modify process management projects. • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. • Abnormal analysis and improvement. Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Organic Chemistry or equivalent experience •Knowledge in Silicon Nitride and Oxide Wet Etch mechanism and process control methodology is preferred.
