• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor production yields to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers on New Product Introductions (NPI) to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Provide engineering support and coordination during pilot run builds.
• Create and maintain accurate Engineering Drawings, Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and Work Instructions to support production processes.
• Work closely with other departments to implement and coordinate new projects effectively.
• Troubleshoot daily production issues.
• Support company’s ISO procedures.
• Provide cross-functional support to select, approve, and develop suppliers to meet customer and business needs.
• Drive full assessment for effectiveness of supplier process control plans, measures, and activities.
• Use statistical techniques and professional independent judgment to analyze data for process improvement.
• Lead supplier process capability studies.
• Provide cross-functional support in the selection, approval, and development of suppliers to meet business and customer requirements.
• Perform supplier Quality System audits.
• Perform corrective and preventive actions with suppliers.
• Perform quality audits on suppliers to assure products meet ISO and regulatory standards.
• Support company’s ISO procedures.
• Provide engineering support to Incoming Inspection, including statistical analysis, measurement system analysis (MSA), and development of inspection procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of 3D software (SolidWorks) and plastic injection is advantageous.
• Experience in quality management and supplier management.
• Languages: Mandarin (Preferred),Malay, English.
