We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. Join us. Job Description We are seeking an Engineer- PHE(Building Engineering) to join our B+P team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful marine B+P across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team. Here is what you will do: Preparing all project calculations like cold & hot water demand, circulation, booster & transfer pump sizing, rainwater flow rate, cold/hot water & drainage pipe sizing etc. Preparing a complete sheet package of Plumbing & Fire service, including legends, schematics, details, and floor plans using Revit and AutoCAD. Drainage Design includes waste, soil & storm water, parking drain, balcony drain, planter drains, sump pit, septic tank, soak away pit, wastewater flow calculation, and grease interceptor. Design of Fire sprinkler systems (Wet and dry), Clean agent (FM200), Pre-action and deluge, Foam, Extinguishers, and external fire Hydrants. Preparing Plumbing and Fire Protection design planning and mark-ups. Developing drawings in Revit for all design stages (Preliminary, Detail, Tender) Coordination with other MEP services as well as lead team or client, and monitoring the progress of the project. Responsibility for QA/QC of Public Health services. Responsible for the preparation of Authority drawings for DEWA, SEWA, DM & Civil defense. LPG and NG Demand, tank sizing, and Pressure loss calculations. Review/coordination in 2D & 3D using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks software, respectively. Coordination with suppliers and Preparing Specifications for the project. Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer. Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures. Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests. Proposes an approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of the standard. Software skills: Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Qualifications The successful candidate will have the following Qualifications: Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. 2-5 years of relevant experience in GDC type of environment. Experience in retail and hospitality medium to large projects. Should be well versed with ASHRAE/CIBSE/NFPA standards and regulations. Should have experience in commercial, residential, datacenter, and infrastructure projects from different geographies - Middle East, USA, Canada, ANZ Region. Candidate should be well versed with International Fire Codes like NFPA and ME Codes Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. Strong knowledge of energy modeling software (e.g., eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or IES-VE).
