Job Description We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities across a complex, large scale infrastructure programme. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within design and or construction projects Strong proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or equivalent Familiarity with progress measurement, reporting, and risk based scheduling Strong analytical and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is an advantage Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain project schedules and programme baselines Monitor progress against plans and identify potential delays Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and forecasts Support schedule risk analysis and mitigation planning Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules and deliverables Assist in evaluating schedule impacts of changes and variations Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
