Make an impact You will be responsible for controlling plating process to standardize and utilize process become more productivity and flexible, and less dependent on human adapted with production requirement for scale up output and control high capability of process. This will include and not limited to: ― Monitor and control plating processes in mass production to meet quality standards. ― Diagnose plating line issues and provide solutions, training, and technical support. ― Standardize processes to improve productivity, process capability, and efficiency. ― Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize, digitalize, and automate processes. ― Develop and maintain SOPs with a focus on safety, compliance, and worker well-being. ― Analyze production performance, resolve quality/safety issues, and drive continuous improvement. Bring your magic We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: ― Education background in Chemical, Material Science, Electronics Engineering or relevant majors. ― Ideally 4+ years of practical experience in an international manufacturing environment, especially with electroplating operations process. ― Independent and team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. ― Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.
