The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed precast concrete models and drawings using BIM tools, primarily Revit. The role involves preparing shop and fabrication drawings, coordinating with structural and production teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and international codes.Key Accountability Areas Develop detailed precast concrete models and drawings using Revit in accordance with project requirements. Create and manage Revit families and parametric components for various precast elements. Prepare reinforcement detailing and connection detailing for precast structural elements. Produce fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and IFC drawings for precast components. Coordinate with structural engineers, BIM teams, and production departments to ensure accurate detailing and constructability. Ensure all models and drawings comply with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project specifications. Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines within the BIM environment. Review precast elements to ensure compatibility with manufacturing and installation processes. Apply international codes and standards in the detailing and documentation process. Utilize structural analysis tools (preferably Concise Beam) to perform basic structural checks and calculations for precast elements when required.
