Description Discover your exciting role As part of one of our project teams, you will be responsible for process planning from concept to implementation—occasionally on-site at our clients' facilities. You will either lead or be part of the Process Design Team, coordinating all stakeholders (client organizations, engineers, suppliers) throughout every phase of the project. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Design and develop production facilities for aseptic filling lines (vials, syringes, freeze-drying) from concept to handover Tackle complex technical challenges in formulation, material handling, and auxiliary processes Oversee supplier management from contract award through FAT/SAT and qualification phases (DQ, IQ, OQ) Ensure strict compliance with GMP and quality standards, driving continuous improvement and best practices Show your expertise Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmaceutical engineering, process / chemical engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, or a related field Initial experience in plant engineering, plant design, or pharmaceutical production is an advantage Solid understanding of GMP regulations and current industry standards Strong communication and facilitation skills; confident working with diverse stakeholders Experience in project structuring, cost and time planning, and technical procurement is a plus Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally Excellent German and English skills required; French is an asset Contact: You want to be part of the Exyte team?
