Overview ENGINEER, PROCESS OPTIMIZATION GENERAL DESCRIPTION:As a Process Optimization Engineer Team (POET) member at Qualfon, this position will work on client projects (internal or external) as part of a team and take responsibility for problem-solving. This role will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, designing and building solutions for our clients. As a POET member, this role is expected to work on varied projects across the company and with clients leading different industries. This role will contribute to the client’s business strategy, aid in the execution of the proposed strategy, become an expert in the client’s organization and industry, and turn data into meaningful insights and transformative solutions. Responsibilities Objectives and Duties: Provide assistance to the process owners to identify improvement opportunities Contextualizes and conceptualizes the objectives and needs into the framework established by: Our Mission Statement Mission Leader role definition STRIDES values Manage operational information of the business areas Works with business teams, leveraging technology when necessary Assists process owners in improving current processes and solving process-related problems Holds meetings, collects data, analyzes information Documents, studies, and improves processes Provides education to standardize terminology across areas, departments, or geographies Process workshops facilitation Leads process redesign workshops Facilitates knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering Provides training in relevant tools Assists in documenting policies and procedures from improved processes Helps present improved processes to stakeholders Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position CI Six Sigma Green Belt Certification – Required Knowledge of other CI methodologies (Lean, 5S, TOC) – Preferred Knowledge of BPR (Business Process Reengineering) – Preferred Familiarity with ERP, CRM, BPM, BI, and basic statistical analysis tools – Preferred Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written) Full English language proficiency Ability to ask insightful questions to understand client pain points and priorities Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or IT – Preferred Other Skills and Experiences (Minimum): Project Management Management Communication Business / Financial Analysis Critical Thinking Business Software Applications
