Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Bodywear as Engineer ‐ Product Development. This role would require you to ensure designing of a product that delivers customer satisfaction, profitability and a smooth production flow. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Initiate the designing of the pad adhering to the following process to ensure the accuracy of then plastic shot * Initiate the designing of the Screen adhering to the following process to ensure the accuracy. * Provide accurate & sufficient information at the design stage in order to ensure that mould/Screens conform to the given instructions * Discuss & clear the comments with Customer to Grade, develop and submit size sets for the development of moulds in order to ensure uniformity of style * Explain and submit required information to tech pack team to prepare BOM, in order to commence the production process * Maintain style file in real time and communicate to relevant parties in real time * Analyze & review the hand feel of each submission and ensure to meet the required customer expectation regarding pad/PS quality level (make sure QA testing requirement of the product) * Coordinate & facilitate the development completion and dispatch of all development fit samples of communication and effective problem solving within the stipulated timeline * Support to provide the required training for team members to give the required knowledge & skills to perform their duties successfully * Provide necessary solutions to issues at the pilot appraisal meetings and submit the signed off plastic shots/ positives/pads and cross sections to the quality department. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: * Bachelor's degree in the Field of Engineering * Minimum 02 years of experience in the similar capacity

Responsibilities

The role involves initiating the design of product components like pads and screens to ensure manufacturing accuracy and providing necessary design information for technical packs and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation. Responsibilities also include analyzing product quality, coordinating development samples, and resolving issues during pilot appraisal meetings.
