Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Engineer to join our team in Bang Pa, Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving products from concept to production, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions for product development challenges Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure performance, quality, and reliability Create and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications and design files Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product innovation Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues throughout the development lifecycle Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Data Science, Statistics or related field 1-5 years of experience in product engineering or related field PREFERRED: Basic in data analysis tools such as Python, MATLAB, JMP, SPSS for process optimization and root cause analysis. Understand of data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire) Experience with prototyping, testing, and validating product designs SKILLS: Ability to interpret data and apply statistical methods to solve product or process issues Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot product issues and contribute to root cause analysis Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to product development Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Additional Information #LI-SW1 Western Digital thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
