Description
Main Tasks ▪ Responsible for GBTS product management (OE) in all the management related topics and process with close coordination with Global Products owners, Strategic project team, Key account managers & other relevant project stakeholders ▪ Ensure high level of quality for tasks, thereby enabling to meet the SLA (service level agreements) + KPIs (key performance indicators) with the internal customers  ▪ Follow-up & highlight to Cross functional team team and the customer, whenever necessary  on the project targets with respect to agreed schedule / market entry plan (with regards to timeline, content, availability, performance etc.)  Product Performance Analysis:  ▪ Gap Analysis for understanding the product requirement according to the location and performance by vehicle/ engines, change demand, new launches, Change in norms etc. ▪ Maintaining data of sales prospect (Salesforce – Global opportunity list, Pipeline projects etc) ▪ Follow defined processes and workflows and closely implement for awarded tasks. Would need to initiate new process, if required along with the team ▪ Creating KPI reports on monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases (data to be efficiently extracted from multiple sources) Portfolio Work:  ▪ Provide technical documentation and information on products for cross-functional team  ▪ Support product manager in portfolio evaluation (market coverage evaluations, gap analysis, competitor analysis) ▪ Supports the new development / innovation projects in the organization synergising with Sales, Customer/ Market, R&D, Production footprints etc. ▪ Support for collateral activities(Flyers, Factsheets, catalogues,operating/ instruction manual etc.,)  Market research:  ▪ Collection information / Data via primary and secondary research and further alignment with internal stakeholders ▪ Creating data base for the topic such as Customer research, competitor research, market data, for new market entry plan, emission norms, government policies. ▪ Analysis: With the collected data, run analysis and prepare information on business and market according to the relevant products groups/ Strategic initiatives to stakeholders ▪ Cross referencing of the competitor part for OES business via primary research along with Aftermarket colleagues. ▪ Competitor research by understanding their footprints, technical/ commercial aspects of the products offered, new launches etc. Your Profile ▪ Fair understanding of automotive search engines, data collection methods ▪ Good interpersonal skills to be part of cross functional teams for projects ▪ Ability to follow processes and to work independently ▪ Willingness to go to field and outdoor to do the market research ▪ Experience in working with MS-Office-tools, Expert level for excel & preparations of presentations  ▪ Flexible, hardworking, highly motivated person with proactive approach to work ▪ Preferably with experience in working with international teams ▪ German language knowledge will be an added advantage ▪ Willingness to travel abroad if required ▪ Execution of tasks on time and with high productivity ▪ Data quality standards met for market research and intelligence ▪ Alignment with concerned cross functions on projects handled  ▪ Timely reporting and effective communication maintained to all stake holders  ▪ Knowledge on product portfolio combined with market knowledgeExperience ▪ Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or Engineering Graduate with relevant experience (3 to 6 years) ▪ Relevant experience in product management, automotive and shared service centres ▪ Knowledge of engine / vehicle platforms, standards, manufacturer cooperation’s, competitor brands preferred
