Description

- Comply with SHE, quality and compliance policy and standards, Comply with all the codes and regulations of GMP in maintenances activities. - Responsible for equipment preventive maintenance, routine equipment maintenance activities - Quick response to needs of production, solve the equipment failure promptly. - Detect and address potential issue or risk in time by routine inspection and other maintenance activities. - Spare parts management, ensure necessary and reasonable spare parts in stock. - Establish & continuously optimize the maintenance strategy, draft technique work instructions and recording forms as required. - Proactively implement the maintenance cost saving project. - involve validation work, responsible for URS/DQ /IQOQPQ for the OSD process equipment/system introduction or upgrade. Job Requirements： - Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical & electrical integration or electric automatization - Familiar with pharmaceutical Industrial GMP regulation and business related regulation / standard - at least 8 years of working experience in international pharmaceutical company. - Rich experience in pharma static & rotary OSD process equipment technology, e.g. dispensing, material transfer, mill, granulation, tablet press, coating. - Fluent English of verbal and written , good at MS office - AutoCAD and PLC maintenance skills are prefer - Must be open minded, innovative, self-motivating, good team work, interpersonal and communication skills to ensure high quality of work. - Electrician certificate is preferred Date Posted 23-Oct-2025 Closing Date 28-Feb-2026 AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity. Responsibilities

The Engineer, Production Maintenance is responsible for equipment preventive maintenance and quick response to production needs by solving equipment failures promptly. They will also manage spare parts and continuously optimize maintenance strategies.
