JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Incumbent will play a vital role in the engineering field, focusing on optimizing manufacturing operations while cutting costs and increasing quality, and ensuring efficient production.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work with the Production Manager in the completion of daily production assignments
  • Production lead for the respective project assigned
  • Develop accurate and effective planning for production and materials delivery
  • Monitoring and improving product quality and manufacturing efficiency by working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
  • Familiar with all stages of the manufacturing process such as PCBA and Special process treatment
  • Manage special projects that require Engineer to coordinate and control the inventory of the units and ensure correct disposition.
  • Manage the inventory of the parts and units and ensure no discrepancy.
  • Work with QC/QA and Engineering team to resolve process issue and able to foresee potential problem
  • Perform process control, production planning and material planning on the production line and set up to ease smooth production flow
  • Negotiate with supplier for cost saving
  • Raise ePR to purchase of equipment materials including COTS items.
  • Manage the supplier to ensure the good deliver on time
  • Support project schedule without delay and perform GRD, PO change and etc
  • Adequate knowledge on problem solving skills and general factory standard such as 5S, EHS & Good manufacturing practices

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree holder in Mechanical / Electronics / Manufacturing / any other engineering discipline
  • Good written communications, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
  • Well-organized, pro-active and self-directed team player
  • Determination and stamina to drive tasks to full completion
  • Willing to work extra hours
  • Willing to travel overseas
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
