Job Role/ Title: Line Engineer /Supervisor Level: S03,M01 Business Unit: Cuttack Function: Production Country: India Work Location: Cuttack Reporting Manager: Production Manager Manager’s Manager: Plant Manager Matrix Manager: - Team Size: - No. of Direct Reportees: - 3, KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accountabilities Scope of work To prepare corrective action & preventive action plan for the production non- conformities Ensures costs & sets up quality standards Assembly or dies-assemble all PET moulds and Hot Runner generation. Discipline to execute precise documentation for each tool. Ability to detect and solve mechanical, Pneumatic and Electrical issues. Execute tests on all types of Hot Runner. Work closely together with project engineering, design engineering and quality engineering to actively move forward on problem solving. Work closely with test-room to understand plastic part quality issues and be able to understand impact of each part of the mould on final injected plastic part. Overall responsibility for all production activities. Watch over the production process and coming up with a production schedule. Identify improvement projects, getting approval & executing the same. To set the production target 4, KEY INTERFACES External Interfaces Internal Interfaces Operators, Workers 5, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Indicate the education level, previous experience, specific knowledge, skills and abilities required to meet minimum requirements for this Job.. Education Qualification (Highest) with Target Institute(s) Diploma/degree/CPAT (Engineering) from a reputed institute Desired Certifications: Diploma/degree/CPAT (Engineering) Experience Range: 5- 7 years of experience Desirable experience: Knowledge of benchmarking methodology and other tools are an advantage Passion for market data and analytical eye and skilled communicator Advanced MS Excel and MS Power Point skills 6, SKILLS REQUIRED: Skills Description Proficiency Level (General Awareness; Working Knowledge; Functional Expert, Mastery) Functional Skills Proven ability to work in team-working style in complex, inter-dependent organization.
