Job Description Role 1.1 Project support for cordless power tools as local component coordinator for battery packs and chargers. 1.2 Project manager for EXS-Pg components such as battery packs and charger developments. 1.3 Shiftability Coordinators for battery packs and chargers related issues. Job Scope 2.1 Responsible for establishment and fulfillment of Project Management Plan or PIF. 2.2 Ensure time schedule, cost and quality are according to project requirements. 2.3 Review technical solutions, advice on solutions, empower and guide team members. 2.4 Define budget and MAE planning of projects (if required). Control project budgets. 2.4 Build-up know-how of cordless platform components such as battery packs and charger. 2.5 Apply processes according to valid PT and Bosch procedures published and approved. 2.6 To lead / support other EXS project managers / coordinator to resolve issues. 2.7 Always having Entrepreneurial mindset in executing daily routine task. 2.8 Process flow improvement. Qualifications Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronic) or equivalent. At least 4 years of professional experience in Project management. Basic system knowledge (SAP), PC application such as Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge in cost calculation and quality assurance. Technical knowledge in plastic, metal stamping parts, electronics basic design. Basic knowledge of Li-Ion technology.Working in international project teams using English.
