Job Post Start Date: 08. Feb. 2026 Job Post End Date: 15. Feb. 2026 Job Purpose: Driving Capital Project from Conceptual design until project commissioning and close out & Perform Project planning, budgeting and cost engineering. Job Key Accountabilities: Comply with Sharq policies and SHEMs/OMS procedures and contribute to achieve target SHE rates as well as comply with quality procedures and Sharq ISO certified standards. Prepare AFE Form & CDP Package for Capital Project Budget Funding. Conduct/participate in design review meetings to consolidate and align the technical comments for PDC / Executed E&PM SPD projects. Manage assigned project scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk procurement communication and integration of Executed E&PM SPD Projects. Prepare Monthly Progress for the PDC Executed / E&PM SPD Projects. Preparation of Concept Development Package(CDP) for MOC/DCRs after Gate 1 approval, send to E&PM SPD for cost estimation or for further basic engineering. Consolidate the new Capex Proposals for the execution and provide Technical Clarifications for Gate1- approval from Management. Provide technical Clarification to E&PM SPD on Concept Development Package attend various clarification meetings with project team/vendors/contractors. Review of Front -End Engineering Design( FEED) , Detailed Engineering Packages(DEP),Invitation To Bid (ITB) & technical proposals etc. Project deliverables and provide comments, Participation in Technical Bid Clarifications & Analysis.(TBC & TBA) Review of Engineering and Project Management-Projects Monthly activities/progress & attend project progress meetings to highlight and resolve the concerns. Completion of Spare parts/Equipment Registration, Design Change Request close out process, project closing with review of As-Built Drawings and Documents. Develop and Execute the In-House Projects within budget and schedule while ensuring SHEMs/OMS procedure compliance. (execution only after obtaining management approval). Support department activities to properly achieve the targets specified in Department Business Plan by participating in assignments requested by Manager & Sr. Manager. Co-ordination with other departments during Project execution and provide appropriate support for E&PM SPD during the execution of Project. Perform all task or activities assigned by department leader in term of development or business demand. and comply with position requirements. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s in engineering. Minimum Experience: 5 Years experience in Engineering/Operation and Maintenance fields Job Specific Skills/Competencies: Conversant technical knowledge about plant requirements & complete Project familiarization to review project deliverables and execution of the project at optimized Cost. Understanding on project progress and project issues for highlighting on timely basis to all involved members.
